Grasshopper Mint Brownies

The brownies were really good, but I didn't think any better than a box. The frosting, on the other hand, was superb. Half the recipe for 9x13.

    Here's an alternate (and just as delicious) chocolate frosting recipe (I halved it for 9x13):
    1 stick butter or margarine
    2/3 C cocoa
    3 C powdered sugar
    1/3 C milk
    1 t vanilla
